Greeting the Morningby *rocamiadesign

Last year, after uploading several sunset photos, I decided that I wanted a striking sunrise to compliment them. I got up at 4:30 am, about the time I finally doze off, and grabbed the camera for a fast walk to my favorite view of the valley. There were no clouds in the sky anywhere. It turned out to be the most boring sunrise I had ever seen. I did happen upon these beauties in a neighbor’s garden on the way back home. I think the early morning light accentuated the poppies’ colors.
